The one hundred and two canons that supplied the disciplinary legislation for the Fifth and Sixth Councils. Its Second Canon ratifies the whole prior canonical corpus by name.

    Editorial interpretation

    Sets its seal on the received canons, the eighty-five Apostolic canons, the canons of the Ecumenical and named local councils, and the canonical epistles of the Fathers, and forbids their alteration.

    Clergy and laity are not to eat the unleavened bread of the Jews, consort with them, or call them in sickness, on pain of penalty.
